We release our subscriber's information to advertisers in aggregate form only. In other words, advertisers know the type of person connected to your e-mail address and IP address. They don't know your name, address, phone number or any other personally identifiable information unless you give it to them, or you give us permission to give it to them. Your e-mail address and IP address are used to help identify you and your shopping cart and to gather broad demographic information on an aggregate basis to enhance your overall Evolution Media Group, Inc. experience by displaying ads that correspond to your specific interests.

Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (name, phone number, address, and demographic information such as zip code, age, and income level). We use subscriber contact information from the registration form to establish a revenue-sharing account for users, and to send the user information from our company and promotional material from some of our partners. Users who accrue over $400 in revenue-sharing income are required to submit their social security number, strictly for income tax reporting purposes. Social security numbers are transferred through a high level security protocol and are never released to any outside party for any reason. Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. We use this data to tailor the subscriber's experience at our site, showing them content we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their preferences. This information is shared with advertisers and co-branded partners on an aggregate basis only.

Our site uses an order form for subscribers to request information, products, and services. We collect subscriber's contact information (like their e-mail address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders, information about our company, and promotional material from some of our partners to our subscribers. The subscriber's telephone number is also used to get in touch with the subscriber, when necessary, for administrative purposes only.

Our online surveys ask subscribers for contact information and demographic information. Survey participants may opt-out of receiving future mailings. (See the choice/opt-out section below). This information is shared with advertisers on an aggregate basis only.
